No.  You can use your prepaid balance for your own service, data add-ons and any number of other add-ons that are available in your prepaid account. You cannot use it to buy anything outside of your prepaid account.   Your balance is also not transferable.

You can buy prepaid refill cards for AT&T to gift to someone else but you can't purchase those with your balance
