GA701 : Oops, we hit a snag while activating your device. Come back later and try again.

Hi, I’m visiting the US for a couple of weeks and am having trouble activating a prepaid simcard on my phone. The error is the one on the subject line: “GA701 : Oops, we hit a snag while activating your device. Come back later and try again.”.I also tried calling from the mobile with the activation code. Can you please help?

Good morning @Mjunges, we'd be glad to assist you. Try clearing the cookies of your internet browser, or try using a different browser. If that does not help, we recommend trying our Prepaid Activation portal at a later time.Thanks for reaching out to us.
