Father ACP removed on $30 prepaid plan?

Hi Everyone,

My father ACP is removed and he just got a text saying his ACP is removed from his plan today July 29,2022?  Did anyone encounter this before and I had no explanation why it was removed.  Nothing has changed at all.

Hello @mikecintel, let us get you the help you need to get your Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) back.

 

You'll need to contact the AT&T ACP Center at 866.986.0963. Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8AM-10PM, Saturday 8AM-5PM, and they're closed on Sundays ET. They have the tools necessary for further research, and they'll be more than happy to get this sorted out for you. We hope you find this information helpful.

Thank you for the reply and I did call AT&T and they said that because the ACP Info has to be updated and it was removed and had to reply again.  So that is why it was removed.
