Failed Prepaid Card Activation with T-mobile number
I purchased the $300 12-month student plan. But after receiving the SIM from the mail and after inserting it into my phone, I couldn't activate my account since it is "suspended" or "inactive". However the SIM card is already activated. But for your information, I am a new att customer, I am transferring a number from T-mobile, and I haven't paid the $300 since I couldn't create an account to add funds. So what should I do? I have been to an att store but they said they couldn't help me with prepaid accounts.
Should I cancel my transfer request and re-register the same plan?

Hi AT&T
thanks for the response. However I am not able to prepay for my SIM card since I can’t even create or sign in to a AT&T prepaid account. When I request a password for my number, the verification key never comes through to my sms messages. I want to pay the 300 dollars but I just can’t.
