failed login - account cancelled?

I cannot sign in to my existing prepaid phone number. I was paid up through February 2019 but now can't access my file online. I was attempting to log in to discontinue an autopay. What should I do?

Well, if it’s closed you don’t have to cancel auto pay anymore.  

Accounts are closed if the balance is $0 for 60 days or more.

Are you currently outside the US? It is common to not be able to sign in from outside the US.
