Since you posted in prepaid, you first have to ask the administrator to revert your line back to individual.

Then you have to call AT&T for your account number, and you should know your security pin code. If you don't know it you have to reset it.

(See the section about returning a member to an individual line)

If you can get the account owner permission, you can port the number to a new provider in your name.

Yes, I can get permission, but the account owner doesn't know how to transfer

Thank you! If I don't have an account, should I create one? I was immediately added to the prepaid family plan

Please read the link in my post. The admin has to follow the directions to return your account to individual first.

Then you have to call AT&T for your account number, and if you don't know your PIN code you have to reset it

@SandyPN

All prepaid users have an account.  Each prepaid account has its own account number and login information. Just because you've become part of a prepaid multiline does not mean you don't still have your own account. If you wanted to add long distance calling, or a roaming plan in a covered country you would add it individually to your phone line in your account online.

I will guess you don't know your login information because you haven't used it since you joined the multi line. You will probably have to do a forgot password forgot passcode and it will be reset via text message
