I have a family plan for AT&T PREPAID, and I just bought a new phone. I'm wondering how can I activate my E-sim for new phone.

Let's install your eSIM

For iPhone XS and newer models

You have a QR code printed on an AT&T eSIM activation card

Go to Settings, then Cellular.
Select Add cellular plan.
Open and point your camera at the QR code on your eSIM activation card until you see Installing cellular plan.
You're all set! Your eSIM is now downloaded and installed.

All other eSIMs
Make sure your dual SIM devices have a service plan, then download your eSIM.
To activate it:

Go to your phone settings.
Tap one of the following (what you see depends on the device you have)

AT&T Cellular Plan Ready to be installed, then continue
Cellular, then Add a Plan

How do I report a fraud claim? I got an email confirming shipment of 30 eSim cards that I did not order and they are being shipped to a city that I do not live in and address I do not know.
