ERROR CODE: SSACT-523

I just came to America and bought a sim card and 90 days tariff but I can't activate it, ERROR CODE: SSACT-523 keeps giving this warning

Hey Dogann, lets get you the help you need!

 

 

Since this is for a PREPAID device, make sure that you've made a payment for your selected PREPAID plan. PREPAID doesn't have a monthly bill like postpaid, so an initial payment is required in order to activate your account and service. You wouldn't be able to activate your SIM without doing this first.

 

Once you've done this, or confirmed this has been done, try using our PREPAID activation portal and let us know if you still get this error. If you have a physical SIM card, insert it into your device before using the activation portal. 

 

Keep us updated, we'll be able to look into our options for activating this SIM on our side in a DM if needed.

Hey, Dogann.

 

There would be a number to call on the back of the card, and you would input the code into the automated system to activate service to the particular device.
