Double data for a year $300 plan
I've transferred my phone number and signed up for $300 for 12 months plan as soon as I saw Double data for a year promotion (16Gb/month). The transfer was successful , but when I login to prepaid account I see the I only have 8Gb of data remaining.
Anyone else experienced this?

You're right! AT&T Prepaid will offer double the data (16GB for only $25 per month) when purchasing 12 months of service for $300. You're eligible to continue the promo for as long you renew your plan.

Nope. Called customer service multiple times and I get the same answer every time: "Looks like something went wrong during registration process. Let me open internal incident for you." I call a week later and they inform me that internal ticket has been closed without resolution. Such a scam.

@vovidzan You need to escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. Now to be clear, you aren’t going to see 16GB on your account. You still have an 8GB plan but you should see something on your account about 8GB of bonus data. That bonus data does not actually get added until the regular 8GB is used.
