Data Usage History Not Displaying
I am still in need of solution to this previously posted issue. I have added details and search results below.
I am not able to view the data usage history on my prepaid account since 19 March, 2023. Why can't I access data usage information from 20 March 2023 and beyond?
In account history, when I select a date range with a starting date later than, 19 March, 2023 I get the error message "No records were found for the selected date range and history type." as shown in the 1st screen shot below.
Any range I select prior to 19 March, 2023 returns the usage history for every day in that period with no issues as shown in the 2nd screen shot below.

- Data and Text Usage
- Payment Amounts
- Add-Ons/Adjustments/Other
- Payment Details incl taxes
No records were found for the selected date range and history type.
