Data Service Repeatedly Disconnected - Sign in to Network attempts fail

I've been having this issue for the last couple of months, and now it's gotten so bad that it happens multiple times a day. Suddenly, whatever I was streaming is cut off, and I get a notification on my phone requesting me to sign in to the network, where the only options I have are from the menu, so I click "Continue using as is". This used to solve the problem on the spot, and I would go back using my data, but now it takes a while longer to reconnect. This happens at home, at work, while at a walk, it happens anywhere I go and at any given time, even when I'm not using it. There's been several times when I'd jump into google maps for a emergency redirection, only to find that I have no service. I don't want to get stuck with this disconnection when I am in dire need for a network connection. I got the new android 11 update a little while ago, so now I wonder if it's somehow related to that. How can I fix this?

Hello @zelenepho, we'd like to look into why you're unable to gain a secure connection to the network. 


With some details, we can provide further research:

  •  Have you tried resetting your network settings and refresh the connection? This will delete saved passwords, but it can result in gaining back a secure connection to the network.
  • What's the make and model of the your device?
  • Also, if you haven't tried this already, sign in and access our troubleshoot and Resolve Tool and troubleshoot your device for possible causes and quick fixes.
