DATA NOT WORKING ON NEW PHONE

Hi, I just got the At&t Radiant Max and activated the new sim card with it and everything. But the only problem I have with it is that the data network is not working. I have tried restarting my device and that did not work, then I tried putting airplane mode on and off and that still did not work. I then tried putting airplane mode on, restarting it and then turning airplane mode back on and that still did not work. I have bars on the little data image, but the 4G LTE symbol is not there. The data worked just fine the night I activated it, but this morning, the morning after, it is not working. What should I do?

  • Have to checked to make sure Mobile Data is enabled in the settings? Here's how:
    1. Swipe down from the Notification bar and select the Settings icon
    2. Select Network & internet, then select Mobile network
