Data in Canada
So I have been using my AT&T unlimited Prepaid account in Canada for over two years and I have had no problems. Two weeks ago I went back to the U.S. and came back to Canada. I was using ROGERS in Canada prior to going to the U.S. After I came back I was switched into Bell. Now I just got this message from 11112000 saying:
"Hi, it's AT&T. Your data usage on other carriers' networks was significantly more than 100MB last month in violation of plan terms. To avoid possible termination of your wireless service, use Wi-Fi for off-network data usage wherever possible."
I don't understand this message because I have the unlimited prepaid plan for Data, talk and text in Canada, USA and Mexico. Anyone else get this message? Not sure why I got this message.

Hello! Did you by chance find out why you got that message? I received the same message so I’m curious as to what their solution was. Thanks.

It must be a glitch in the system. I was told there was nothing to worry about when I last got this message about a month ago, as I have the unlimited plan. At that time I was in Canada, and my services were working just fine. I had no termination of my wireless service even after receiving this message. I got the same message again a few days ago, and I've been in the States for over a month now. I have an iPhone so there's literally no way I can switch carriers. I think its a glitch with AT&T prepaid. I wouldn't really worry if you have an unlimited plan.

@HitmelikeaCyclone Thank you very much for your reply! I definitely have the prepaid unlimited plan, and since I’m currently in Canada I was concerned that my service would abruptly end. Your response makes me feel much better that it’s probably a glitch. Much appreciated!
