CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP OR ACCOUNT INFO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant get my account number to finally get rid of this company once and for all. i have logged on to my account online but of course the account number isnt anywhere on there. the ONLY way to get it is to call 611 or prepaid customer service which if you call the 1800 number says the call center is CLOSED!!! and the 611 number well lets see 2 hours and 19 mins and im still on hold!!!!
