Couldn't verify this order really came from you
So I've been trying to order service (just SIM cards with a prepaid 'plan') so that it's ready when I arrive in the US and I don't have to visit a store straight-away. No offense to the people in the stores, but driving to and spending 2 hours at a store isn't what I want to do when we arrive.
Even with all the addresses (service and delivery) matching the credit card, I still get the e-mail saying "we've cancelled your order because we couldn't verify this order really came from you." Since the solution is the e-mail is only "visit a store" (ug, really?) I'm hoping there is a another option.
- Is there a phone number I can call to order? I'm finding support numbers, but no sales numbers.
- Something I can do that would verify I am who I say I am?
