Since you posted in the prepaid forum, prepaid customers don’t get chat support. Chat support is only for postpaid. If you are trying to chat and it’s asking you to login, that’s why you can’t. Your prepaid user name is your 10 digit phone number, can’t help you with your password but again, your prepaid account credentials won’t work for chat.
