Charged Twice

I was charged twice this month. I did not change anything about my prepaid account. AT&T said they only saw 1 charge/payment this month. My bank saw both charges/payments. Both are listed as Vesta. Is there someone I ask about this?

Call customer support. No one here can see your account or payments. It’s possible one of the charges went to someone else’s account. Any chance your bank information was compromised?

I called customer support, who also transferred me to other people. They said they can't see the extra charge and can't help me. I was wondering is there another department I can call? I do not think my bank account is compromised.

There is no other department to call but what you can do is escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. Were the two charges the same amount? Were they on the same or different dates? Are you paying directly from a bank account or using a debit card? If using a debit card make sure both are actual charges and not a hold. If one of the charges is a hold, it should eventually drop off.

Both charges are on the same account. They were on different dates. Both were deducted from my bank. I can contact the FCC.
