Prepaid must call for the account number. Prepaid does not use a transfer pin, you use your account pin.

You may also try logging into the regular myATT website with the email listed on your prepaid account (as long as it’s Verified) Use the same password you use for paygonline. You will be prompted to change password.
Once you’re logged in, you can see your prepaid account number on the main page.
