cell phone

The minutes on my cell phone shows only current months billing. I have been a member since 2011 and had nearly $600 unused. The loss is monumental. My cell phone was turned off for the normal renewal. The system has restarted at a new rate. I want the numbers reinstalled to my account and an email to [email scrubbed] stating that this has been done.
