Card being charged after taken off auto pay

Hello! I'm not sure what I'm doing as I have never done this so this is the 2nd message I've left trying to get into contact with a customer service representative. I need my money refunded back onto my card as I took my card off auto pay about 2 months ago when all this first started but didn't have my phone active since December. Out of no where I get a text saying my plan has been renewed with success 😠 I'm in a terrible situation right now so I cannot afford this!!! Please I need my money put back onto my card asap! Thanks so much, Amy Philyaw.
