CANT SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT AND STILL PAYING BILLS
I'm a brazilian who was visiting America and I activated a prepaid account on the 10/28/2018. I came back on the 11/12 and tried to suspend my account by contacting the Customer Service Phone Number. They assured me the account was suspended.
Later I found out I was still being charged on the AutoPay associated to my credit card.
Called once again and they asked me to suspend it online by going to att.com/suspend. I could not create an ID to login because I dont have a zip code number in America.
Now i'm going to be charged for the third consecutive month for a service I only used for 17 days and I dont have any idea on how to suspend this account.
I only want to suspend a service i no longer am in use.

You also do not create an access ID for prepaid. You log into your prepaid account using your phone number as your user ID. Unfortunately, you probably can’t log into your account from Brazil but if you could, you could disable autopay online. Another option to disable autopay is to call. Also, once you cancel autopay or cancel your credit card to stop the charges, your prepaid account will be closed if your account balance is $0 for more than 60 days after your plan expires. If you want to keep your account and number active, you need to change to a pay per use plan and keep a positive balance. Leaving autopay on will do that, otherwise a $100 refill is good for a year.

Cancel the card used to auto pay. Prepaid doesn’t suspend. You cancel by stop paying/turn off auto pay.

So login to your account with phone number and pin and turn off auto pay.
