Cant receive text from overseas

Hi my name is dania ***** .And I usually  transfer money from Jordan in middle  east to the USA,  and when I send the money from Jordan they send me a confirmation  number that I have to receive  in this number so I can put the confirmation  number so I can send money . I do the transfer from my phone . But recently  whenever  I try to send money they say to put the confirmation  number but I dont receive  any messages  . And I called my bank in Jordan and they that they had send it successfully.  They said the problem be my sim card . Can u please help.

Allow us to assist. Try resolving your experience by removing your SIM card for a 3-5 seconds before placing it back into your phone.


Also, if your issue continues, you may want to try resetting the network settings on your device:


  1. Navigate to Settings and select General.
  2. Select Reset then Reset Network Settings.
  3. Enter password, pattern, or PIN if prompted.
  4. Then select Reset Network Settings to confirm your action.

If you need further assistance, you may need to reach out to your carrier.
