Can't make calls after trying to change plan

Hello. I was attempting to change my plan to the 75 monthly plan but didn't have enough money on my card. Then after reading about the plan, decided to change my mind. Now I can't make calls or receive them but still have data. My original plan didn't end until the 22nd of this month.

If you made a plan change, your old plan terminated and you lost any remaining days. Are you sure data is still working or are you on WiFi?

Data still working. I'm at work now talking with data. Wifi is off

I’m guessing that’s just an anomaly. Data shouldn’t be working either. Bottom line, if you did a plan change, even if you never paid for it, your old plan terminated. Whatever plan you currently have needs to be paid for to restart service.
