Cant logon prepaid account with 10 diigit acct number and 4 digit pin, but AT&T can....why?
I am not been able to login to my AT&T prepaid account from my home PC. I go to www.paygonline.com which brings up the login page. I type in my 10 digit phone number and my 4 digit pin and I get a message that says
Error!
The system cannot sign you in at this time. Call 611 for help.
When I speak to AT&T customer service, they are able to logon using the very same information. Why? My PC is running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 1809. I have tried using multiple browsers Chrome Version 75.0.3770.80 --- Microsoft Edge 44.17763.1.0 -- Internet Explorer 11.504.17763.0 -- Firefox Quantum 67.0.2 (64-bit). All cookies enabled. Why cant I get into my account?

We'd be glad to assist you. How long have you been experiencing this issue? Are you able to log on from your mobile device? Please try clearing the cache and cookies of your web browser. Let us know if that helps!
