I need to cancel my prepaid sim as I am no longer in US and have no plans to go back anytime soon.
I have tried to login to cancel my Autopay using my wireless number (which I assume is my prepaid phone number??) and the last four digits of this number (as I haven't logged in before and therefore haven't created a different password).
This has NOT worked and I have therefore been unable to login.
I clicked on 'forgotten password' and was told I'd receive a text with a temporary password. I have no signal on my AT&T sim here in England and so have not received this text and am therefore still unable to login.
What should I do now to login and cancel my autopay???
