Can't login to my account
I've been an At&t prepaid customer for years now and as of recently i haven't been able to login to my account. Every time I click on "forgot password" it says one can't be provided and that I have to try in 60min....every single time. Also it seems like my credit card is being charged earlier and earlier for my phone bill every month. What started off as a recharge around the 28th of every month is now a recharge around the 17th. It was the 18th last month. Plus networks really (Edited per community guidelines).
So At&t, if this issue isn't resolved soon, you could be losing a customer. Get it together.
