Can't login to enable roaming if available
I am using this medium to raise this issue because I can't find other ways. I am currently in Israel and I am quite surprised that AT&T does not have any automatic roaming agreement here. I can't login to may account online to see if there is option to enable roaming. The PIN is not working anymore. Why? I don't know. Initiating a PIN change from here does not make sense either as there is no network for me to receive automatically generated PIN as part of change process. After several attempts to login, I am receiving the message to call 611 for help as if I am in the US. I never expected to end up with such a situation that may be considered weird in this day and age. Has anyone else had similar experience? What's the way out?
