Can't login to enable roaming if available

I am using this medium to raise this issue because I can't find other ways. I am currently in Israel and I am quite surprised that AT&T does not have any automatic roaming agreement here. I can't login to may account online to see if there is option to enable roaming. The PIN is not working anymore. Why? I don't know. Initiating a PIN change from here does not make sense either as there is no network for me to receive automatically generated PIN as part of change process. After several attempts to login, I am receiving the message to call 611 for help as if I am in the US. I never expected to end up with such a situation that may be considered weird in this day and age. Has anyone else had similar experience? What's the way out?

ATT has a roaming agreement in Israel but you need postpaid service. Prepaid service does not roam internationally except Canada and Mexico. There is no option to enable roaming.

I am in the same position - in Ireland. Is a solution to switch to a postpaid service on the account and then add the roaming option for the duration of the period of travel?

@kitsunefox Sorry, that is not a solution for you. You can’t switch to postpaid from Ireland and even if you could, roaming is not allowed for 60 days. Your only solution is to purchase service from a local carrier, provided your phone is unlocked.
