Can't log into my account
I'm abroad now (stuck here because of covid). I cannot log into my account because of forgotten password. And I can't reset it for two reasons: 1) 4 digit number can't be delivered to my phone (out of service); 2) can't get code in MyATT app because can't log into account.
ALL I WANT is just to check why my phone is out of service now (because I replenish my balance a few days ago)...
What can I do to get into my account again. Or can You tell me details about my account (why it's out of service if it was recharged recently)?
