Can't log in to prepaid account

I have been trying to log in for months and I'm tired of trying the only way I can log in is by changing my password continuously I'd I try to log in with my pin or password I get locked out for an hour. This needs to get fixed I cannot keep changing my password Everytime I try to log in also when I changed my password this last time it said I could not use my current the at&t app and website both so this

To begin, have you tried basic troubleshooting measures, such as clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history or using another browser entirely? Are you experiencing this issue with the myAT&T app on your wireless device, or only when you try to sign in with an internet browser? If you're not using the app, which internet browser are you using? Have you already tried using a different device to sign in? Are you getting any error messages? With more details, we'll be happy to proceed.

@lizdance40 Wasn’t there a recent change forcing a 6 digit pin or something like that? If the “forgot password” link only sends a 4 digit pin, perhaps that explains why it must be changed.

They might have forced an alphanumeric password.   Neither of us are using At&t prepaid anymore, so can’t check.

I can't login either. Only after I change my pin does it take me to the site. If I log out and try to log in again with the new pin i get the same error message of  "The system could not sign you in. Please enter your password and try again."

Wow, and they still can’t give you anything other than the “cookies” run down. I’m having the same problem and that’s the only solution I’ve found, yet it’s not a solution because it doesn’t work.

I am experiencing the same issues. I have to reset password every time I want to log into the app. This needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP

Still haven’t even heard from anyone. I can’t tell if that’s more frustrating than knowing they’re going to give me the same run down they give everyone else with this issue. 

It’s not user error.

If you haven't set up a new alphanumeric password, it won't allow you to log in anymore with the 4 digit PIN.  They require you to set up the 4 digit pin and an alphanumeric password.  The PIN is for account verification and port out etc.  Account log in is with the password.
