cannot purchase add-on
Cannot purchase a data add-on for my hotspot for the past week as I always get payment method denied, no matter what method I try. My High school kid can program a Paypal gateway payment. Here's the error ATT:

You may want to try using another browser. Also, you can try clearing the cache and cookies on the browser you are using. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can go to your browser's support site to verify. You’ll usually find the option to manage cookies under the Preferences or Internet options menus. While cookies help make your internet surfing experience a little better and quicker, sometimes they can bog things down. You can refresh your browser by clearing the browsing data, which includes your cookies, cache, and history. If you are using your device, trying using a computer to place your order.

Not good advice on giving a credit card number over the phone. Please open a ticket with the correct support dept to have this issue fixed.

Also, when instances like this occur, and you're unable to complete an Add-on purchase after signing in to our online portal, there are other ways to pay including following the prompts when using our automated phone service to add or change AT&T PREPAID add-ons like messaging, data, or international long distance. You can find those details under Get or change your add-ons when you visit Add or change AT&T PREPAID add-ons.
Make sure to keep an eye out for the message being sent to you in the DM. We want to investigate the cause of your inability to purchase an AT&T Add-on for your mobile Hotspot.
