Cannot make calls or receive calls with ATT prepaid plan
I cannot make calls or receive calls with ATT prepaid plan. It lasted for more than 2 months and I can't get in touch with any staff. My phone is Iphone XR. Tried the trouble shoot but nothing changed.

Only phone calls? Can you text, and use data? If this has been going on for 2 months why haven't you contacted a t and t or go on to an AT&T store to find out why your phone won't work right?
The iPhone XR is the universal phone and will work on any carrier once it's unlocked. So the phone itself is not the problem. If you have been transferring your sim card from old phone to new phone for several years you may have a SIM card that does not work on AT&T because it's not provisioned correctly for HD Voice.
Start by going to an AT&T store and have them make you a new SIM card for your old phone number
