Cannot activate prepaid sim card
When I enter the wireless number written on my order to sign in the prepaid account. It said "The wireless number you entered is not associated with a valid AT&T PREPAID subscriber. Please check the number and try again." But I am pretty sure that it is the right number. What am I supposed to do now?

Signing into the account does not activate the SIM card. You need to activate it first. Did you not get activation instructions? If not, try here: https://www.att.com/prepaid/activations/#/activate.html

activated with the wireless number. But when I enter the wireless number to
login prepaid account, it said that number is not connected to any prepaid
card. So I am really confused. Thanks for your help.
