Cancelling Autopay prepaid

Hi,

I signed up for a prepaid sim card in January in Virginia and have recently left america back to my home country australia due to coronavirus and obviously want to cancel my auto payments as i no longer need to use the sim card. I don't have an at&t login online to cancel the autopay and am not sure how else to go about this.

Thankyou

Hi @rubyyy,

@Constructive is right, to cancel while overseas, you will have to contact our international team @ 314.925.6925. Wait times may be longer than normal with current events.

Reaching out to a friend, as @Constructive recommended, is a workaround as well. The link above goes over how to do it online.

@rubyyy you can try the international number located in the contact us link at the bottom of the page be warned hold times have been 2 plus hours or if you have someone in the states that you can trust you can let them do it for you every prepay has an account. if i recall correctly the account is your phone number and initial pin number is the last 4 of the phone number i could be wrong a bout the pin though, but it does you no good because you cant access the account outside the US
