Cancellation my prepaid

Hi I'm At&t customer Taehwan Oh

My phone number is (Edited per community guidelines)

By the corona19, I come back to my hometown, South Korea, so I don't use the at&t data or service.

But, before coming to Korea, I missed to cancel the prepaid.

By the way, I paid my monthly fee. I don't want to spend waste money. Even though I try to log in my account, I forgot the 4 digit number or online password. Please help me. If I can refund my monthly fee, I want it.

There are no refunds for prepaid.
You can cancel your credit card to stop future refills

Yes I want to cancel the credit card associated with account. However, I cannot log in my account because I cannot remember the 4 digit numbers. Although I keep trying to find any solution, I cannot find it. Also, I cannot use my AT&T USIM because I stay in South Korea. By the way, I cannot get the message for reset the password.

I spend waste money for two month. I don't want to spend more!!!

Please help me and give any solution

I will post my email

Accounts are blocked from access outside of the US and don't roam out of the US except for a couple countries, if on auto pay your only option is to call the international support number or cancel your credit or debit card that is used to pay your phone A possible workaround is to use a VPN connection to a US based network or have someone you know and trust in the US login and do it for you.

I can get help from my friends. But I don't know my password or 4 digit number.

Your friends can’t help if they can’t login to your account. There is no alternative to receiving the text to reset your password. Your only options are to call or contact your card issuer and cancel the card used for autopay.
