Cancel Autopay At&t
Hi, I traveled back to Europe due to COVID-19 and wasn't able to cancel my auto pay prepaid option. Since I do not have the 4 digit PIN I've tried to call At&t and I'm not reaching anyone. I'm not getting someone on the line.
Can you please assist me with that. Is there an E-Mail where I can write a Cancellation-Message.
Please give me some further support! At&t already charged me for the next month even though I'm not using my prepaid plan at all.

Sorry, no, there is no email support. Your only options to stop autopay if you can’t access your account are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive. ATT generally does not refund but the only way to get a refund is to call.
