Cancel ATT prepaid plan and retain my nuber
Hi there,
I'm currently aboard and I want to cancel my ATT prepaid plan, and also retain my number for one year. Is there a way to do that? I couldn't call the US number and I cannot open the login page for att prepaid. Is there any other way I can contact?

The time to ask was before you left the United States. In order to cancel your AT&T prepaid, and keep your number, you should have ported your number to something like Google Voice. I don't know if you can do that in the country you are in now, but that might be your only option. In order to Port out of AT&T you need your account number and your four digit PIN code.

The way to cancel prepaid is to stop paying or port your number. If you do cancel by not paying, you will lose your number. The only way to keep your number is to port it elsewhere, which you probably can’t do now from out of the US or continue paying for your plan.
