Can anyone help me?
First of all, I was told to go to my local att store to get new SIM card due to my phone being stolen. I have another phone to use but I couldn’t remember my pin when I called 611. Anyway, I wa told my pin was all set up and ready to go when I left the store. Now I get home and of course, the 611 customer service agent says the new pin I JUST set up isn’t working. I Do NOT have access to my stolen phone and refuse to go back to the store twice for the same reason with no help. Not to mention the employees are very rude. Can can I manage to keep my number but in different SIM card without pin

Didn't the store make the new sim card with your old number on it? If yes put the new SIM card in your old phone. That's all.
