Call and text history.
Does at&t prepaid delete phone records such as phone calls and text messages on the data usage history from your account? I am trying to figure out if an call or text message was done on a certain date does that show the correct calls and text messages from that day? If so if I had no more calls or text on a certain date until the next day does that mean I had no more incoming text or calls for that date?

Just trying to make sure, I have the report. Want to make sure that since I have the report from what I see there were no other calls and text after 2:30pm on a certain date. Has been past 60 days. You say check back periodically. Which I have. So this means no other calls and text were made correct? That’s all I want to know and if since the report is available that means that the history from that day was reported. I have calls and text history on the report for days after this date I’m concerning about. So I’m able to see and download the report

Hello, @cashfirst! Yes that is correct!
As previously stated, throughout this interaction, there may only be a delay in the usage report of up to 4 hours. If it has been 60 days past the date you are inquiring about, then yes there were no other calls or texts after 2:30PM on that certain date.

Have you all heard about calls and text not showing on report? If so when was this a problem with AT&T prepaid? Also what is the reason why calls or text didn’t get logged on a report?
