Billing

My phone is currently out of minutes but when I call to add a refill it only gives me the option to use bridge pay. What if I don't want to use that again now?

Out of minutes?

Or data?

What plan do you have?

If you are on a minute plan and let it expire, the only way to start service again is to purchase a plan that currently exist. The minute plans we're discontinued in January.

Why are you calling? Why are you not logging into your account and refilling your regular service plan?

@formerlyknownas That’s not true. To recharge a minute plan, you simply refill the account and there is no bridge pay option. The OP must have a monthly plan to even get that option.

@Wils37 To renew a monthly plan, simply refill your account sufficiently to pay for it.

Taking the op literally... Which is likely wrong information.   AT&T prepaid has had limited minute plans for prepaid in years.

Hello @Wils37, we want to help you with refilling your AT&T prepaid account.

We want you to go ahead and try to refill your prepaid balance online using the AT&T Prepaid Portal:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Under Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account, select Pay.
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay and select Continue.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Using an AT&T Refill Card:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Scroll to AT&T PREPAID Refill Card and enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card.
  4. Select Continue. You'll see a payment confirmation.

Feel free to let us know if these options worked for you. Also, if you have any further questions or concerns we'd be happy to continue to help.

Thanks for reaching out to the AT&T Community.
