Billing

I bought a number that pays 30 per month and lasts until June. I can use the Internet after paying on 12/31, but when I want to call today, he said that my number is not available. When I opened the webpage and looked at my bill, I found another bill of 180 dollars appeared. Although I paid, I want to figure out what happened.
