Billing ? -Change from prepaid to multi line prepaid
Currently we have two separate prepaid lines with autopay.
Looking at changing to prepaid multi line. But have a concern/question about one of the policies before changing. It states that the change will take effect immediately and if the account does not have a balance, the account will be suspended immediately??? We have auto pay and are current on our bill. After changing our plans, shouldn't our payment method be debited for the amount due? Do not understand the wording. Can never get through to 611.
Thank you

Hello 4esuze,
We appreciate you reaching out to us here in the Community! Our AT&T Prepaid Multi-Line option is a great way to save money by adding people to your prepaid services! I’m happy to see you are interested in taking advantage of this offer.
When someone joins your multi-line plan, their current services will be prorated as a credit on the owner’s account. So if they do join your account, their renew date will be changed to yours and you will receive a prorated credit on your cycle.
For more information, please visit out Multi-Line discount page! I hope this information helped. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are always eager to help!
