auto pay (Edited per community guidelines)

i paid my bill at 6:47am got the text saying it was paid and then got a text later that night saying auto pay was unsuccessful and now my phones off and it wants $30 plus fees to turn my phone back on when i already paid the bill

If autopay failed, then apparently you didn’t pay. Either that or you lost the autopay discount, if there is one. Regardless, this forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account to see what happened. You must call for prepaid support.

cool thanks for at least replying im aware its not customer support i was looking for any insight because i did pay i have both texts as stated and the money is gone from my bank account so thanks for the insight you where more helpful then the robot

Oh no, @jdknopp! Let's look into helping you make sure that your payment was received and credited to your account.

 

Follow these instructions to verify your payment. You need to be logged in to complete these steps. Your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless number.

  1. At the top of the page, select Account History.
  2. Select a date range.
  3. Select History Type > Credit/Debit/eCheck Payment.
  4. Select Submit or Export to PDF.

Additionally, you should be able to still check your AT&T PREPAID account balance by calling 800.901.9878 or 611 from your wireless phone.

 

To hear your account balance and expiration date, say Balance and payments and then follow the prompts to say Check balance.
