You have to either go back to the point of purchase or call AT&T.
Apple watches are not carrier locked. The only lock that can be on your phone is the user/icloud lock.

Hello troyyork, we're here to help get you pointed in the right direction to get your receipt.
You should be able to find the receipt for your purchase in myAT&T under Profile > Billing & payment options or by searching 'AT&T' in your inbox.
As the ACE @formerlyknownas mentioned, you can go to the store where you made your purchase, or call AT&T and ask them for a copy of your original receipt. Apple watches are not carrier locked. The only lock that can be on your phone is the user/iCloud lock.
