Cannot access and pay online for my tablet session account or my prepaid phone

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account online. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. Are you receiving any error messages when you try to login? Are you experiencing this issue with the myAT&T app on your wireless device, or only when you try to sign in on an internet browser? If you're not using the app, which internet browser are you using? Have you already tried clearing the cache and cookies in your internet browser? Please let us know. I have been a customer for over 15 yrs. With No Problems, loved it. But for some reason Now, Each month I have a huge problem trying to log in to pay my bill... Although I have the right password for my account I am told it is error. Smh EVERY Month I have to fight to pay my bill online. Then I have to call customer support. SMH. Too much work... What is going on, what has changed had a problem in April and May and now June.
I've been having the same problem the past few months too, it's such a pain. Honestly considering switching companies now.
me too. same problem for MONTHS. called for it as well, reset my password but still doesn't work. Didn't really fix anything.
Me too! Never had any trouble for 5+ years, now cannot log in. Have tried multiple times with no luck,
I have the same issue no matter I use the at&t app or web browser same error message. Something with wrong with At&t prepaid website.

I have the same issue. I can't not only log in to my account but also reset my password although I tried many times. Instead, the webpage keeps saying "we can't log you in now" and "we can't reset your password now, please call 611 for help". AT&T has to resolve such a big problem that many people face.
I have the same problem for about a year and a half. Tried to get them to solve the problem but no luck. I think I'll have a to change phone service if this goes on any longer.
Over a year ago, and the same problem. Cannot wait for Starlink to come in and finish destroying you. 40,000 stats, it will provide VOIP when fully operational. I am actually wanting to PAY you money and change my payment method. What an underhanded way to make it hard for the people who do not want contracts to retain service.
