ATT Prepaid account login

When I try to access my prepaid account the system is sending me "temporar password". But I'm now out of the country so I can not receive this message. How I can access my account in this case? 

Actually I need to cancel the Auto Pay. How I can do it, if I'm out of US and there is no connection to AT&T network?

I have only the access to the Internet. 

Please help!!!

You can’t receive the new password and even if you could, you probably can’t login to your prepaid account from outside of the US. You should have disabled autopay before traveling. The only way to disable autopay now is to call.
