AT&T paygonline account locked..

I tryed to pay my prepaid on paygonline and  failed several time to login. After that, it showed a message, "Your account is locked. Please call 611 from your device for help."

Of course I tryed to change my password but they did not send recover code to my phone number.

How can I do my payment and unlock my account?
