att order need to give pin from straight talk that was text to me- Order 23-294142374039384..why has my order not shipped?

Hi..i was told my order would ship out already and when i look it up it says it is still being processed. I ordered prepaid one year $300 service and this is on an att i phone x. i have used straight talk for two years so want to keep the same #. I selected this option but when it said pin I thought it meant the pin I use to check vm w straight talk so entered the wrong pin bec right after i placed the order with Att, straight talk sent me a pin to give you to transfer my number. My sim card still hasn’t shipped and i’m wondering if this is the delay . The order number is

Is this why my order still says being processed and not shipped. Please verify the correct number will be on the sim card service I prepaid for a year that is being shipped. My straight talk plan ran out yesterday so I need the sim card asap bec am without phone service as I thought it would ship out yesterday. Thanks.

Hello verdell14, we're here to help you with your AT&T PREPAID order status.


If you're having your wireless mobile number ported/transferred from your previous carrier to AT&T, the porting process must be completed first before shipping the prepaid device or SIM card to your mailing address.


You can contact our (PAC) Port Activation Center at: 866.895.1097 for updates on your porting request.
