ATT intentionally not paying back money they stole
I cancelled service on 1/4/19 at 10:30 am ATT continued to bill me each month. Now they wont answer their customer service line. You guys are crooks. You stole over $150 from me. I've been hung up on and put on hold today for close to 2 hours.

BBB will forward your complaint to AT&T, and that’s it. They don’t have any power to do anything else.
FBI will laugh at you.
Never even heard of the “Dept of Corps”

Department of corporations. FBI is for documentation. Enough complaints and they will slap an antitrust suit on these crooks.

@millard0 his point is this isn't at&t they will not see your posts nobody in here represents at&t and they don't monitor or read these forums everyone in here are only customers your best bet is to move foward with what you claim you are going to do and stop wasting your time arguing with other customers.

There was no argument. Customers are commenting but not providing useful information. Why would you do that?

$150 since January? So you had prepaid?
Easy. It’s on you to cancel prepaid service, which is done 2 ways.
1. Port the number to a new carrier
2. Turn auto pay off.
You cannot cancel by calling At&t or in an AT&T store. So if you did not do 1 or 2, you have to login to your account and shut auto pay off. If you tossed the sim and can’t login, then you have to cancel the card used to pay the refill.
This is SOP with prepaid, so keep in mind with another carrier.

Your information is wrong according to ATT.
1. You can't port a prepaid #
2. Yes you can cancel by calling att.
Try getting your facts straight before trying to help people please.
