After activating my AT&T PREPAID device

So I order a prepaid AT&T Prepaid SIM card. Installed the SIM card into my phone then went here https://www.att.com/prepaid/activations/#/activate.html to activate then https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html to link my account (I had AT&T awhile ago) now I go here https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html to login my PREPAID account. I'm unable to login into my account using my 10 digit number and last 4 digit for my password. It gives me this message "Error! The information provided is not valid. Please try again." I call AT&T support on the phone and their automated service can't help me since my phone number is already activated and It won't let me talk to a real person. Hello AT&T?

Hello,

You are correct on www.paygonline.com for setup, but you have to create your pin. Below the sign in, select “forgot” and it will send a temporary text to your prepaid number. Once validated, you can setup your online password and account pin. The password will be letter and numbers to be able to work on that site or the MyAT&T app once setup.
