Affordable Connectivity Program
Hello, I got accepted for the ACP and wanted to know what steps to take next. I had called the AT&T store for help and also the customer service number but didn’t receive any helpful help.
I have a prepaid line and would like to start the ACP so I can make a payment soon.

We'll be happy to point you in the right direction to start your ACP service @nbegay.
You will need to reach out to the AT&T ACP Center. You can reach them at 866.986.0963; they are available Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM EST.
